Wastes are materials that are not prime products (i.e., products produced for the market) for which the generator has no further use in terms of their own purposes of production, transformation, or consumption, and which they want to dispose of. Wastes may be generated during the extraction of raw materials, the processing of raw materials into intermediate and final products, the consumption of final products, and other human activities. Residuals recycled or reused at the place of generation are excluded.

Bio-medical Waste: Solid or liquid wastes including containers, intermediate or end products generated during diagnosis, treatment & research activities of medical sciences.

Industrial Waste: Liquid and solid wastes that are generated by manufacturing & processing units of various industries like chemical, petroleum, coal, metal gas, sanitary & paper etc.

Filter Press

Filter presses are a pressure filtration method and as such, as the filter press feed pump builds pressure, solids build within the chambers until they are completely chock-full of solids, forming the cake. Once the chambers are full, the cycle is complete and the filter cakes are ready to be released

Sludge Dryer

Nirmla water is designed a semi/automatic thermal drying is an intermediate sludge treatment process that consists of evaporating the water in the sludge. It significantly reduces the volume and weight of the sludge so that it is easier to recover.

Screw/Volute Press

A dewatering screw press is a screw press that separates liquids from solids. A screw press can be used in place of a belt press, centrifuge, Filter Press or filter paper. It is a simple, slow moving device that accomplishes dewatering by continuous gravitational drainage. Screw presses are often used for materials that are difficult to press, for example those that tend to pack together. The screw press squeezes the material against a screen or filter and the liquid is collected through the screen for collection and use.

Solid Waste Composting System
